At the request of the School of Dentistry and in partnership with the Health Sciences Libraries, we made a video this week about science in Second Life for education and research. It was intended as a short information piece to inform and promote discussion with academic leaders and decisionmakers. I thought some of you might also find it useful. Here it is!

Tuesday at 1pm, our Dean said he really wanted a video of science research and education in Second Life to show to other Deans at a meeting he was going to. The consensus was that this was doable, with a bit of a learning curve involved, though -- when did he want it? Thursday afternoon. Oh. Oooohhhhhh.
