In the coming weeks, we'll feature Ms. Krug's appearances in 2000 (which is mislabeled as 2007 by the Internet Archive) and 1981. Instructions for watching the video in Second Life: Make sure that in your Preferences menu, on the Audio & Video tab, that you have the box next to "Play Streaming Media When Available" checked off. by ALALibraryVal Miles In celebration of the 2009 ALA-Allied Professional Association (ALA-APA) National Library Workers Day, April 14, the Tuesday of the 2009 National Library Week -- ALA Island features the Gallery of Library Stars, where visitors can pose for a picture and have it added to the gallery. As pictured above, just go to ALA Party Central on ALA Island (167, 73, 30) for pose center instructions and gallery contacts. PLEASE REMEMBER to set permissions on the uploaded texture so that Kay and/or Oberon CAN MODIFY IT or they won't be able to put it in the gallery.
